The Company was incorporated on 9 January 2006 in Singapore under the name of Sunmart Holdings Pte Ltd. On 15 Aug 2007, the Company was converted to a public company and changed its name to Sunmart Holdings Limited.
The Group is principally engaged in the production and sale of a wide range of spray products comprising primarily spray pumps, aluminium cans and plastic bottles, which are mainly used in the packaging of (i) fast-moving consumer goods, such as hair products,

cosmetics, perfume, deodorant and detergent; (ii) pharmaceutical products, such as disinfectants and antiseptic; and (iii) health-supplements.
The Group has two subsidiaries in China, Wuxi Sunmart Plastic Co Ltd and Wuxi Sunmart Technology Co Ltd to undertake the production of its products. The Group sells its products to over 2,000 customers in more than 80 countries spanning across Asia Pacific, North and South America, Europe and Africa.
