About Sunmart Holdings

On 9 January 2006, our Company was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act as a private company limited by shares under the name of “Sunmart Holdings Pte. Ltd.”. On 15 Aug 2007, we were converted into a public limited company and changed our name to “Sunmart Holdings Limited”.

Our Group is principally engaged in the production and sale of a wide range of spray products comprising primarily spray pumps, aluminium cans and plastic bottles, which are mainly used in the packaging of:

	fast-moving consumer goods (“FMCGs”) such as hair products, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant and detergent;
	pharmaceutical products such as disinfectants and antiseptic; and
	health-supplements

We have two subsidiaries in the PRC, Sunmart Plastic and Sunmart Tech, to undertake the production of our products. Our production facilites are located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, the PRC.

Sunmart Tech mainly produces aluminium cans, plastic bottles and spray pumps for perfumes and pharmaceutical products, while Sunmart Plastic mainly produces spray pumps and plastic bottles for toiletries and personal care products.

We sell our products to over 2,000 customers in more than 80 countries spanning across Asia Pacific, North and South America, Europe and Africa. In particular, for FY2007, approximately 60% of our revenue was derived from overseas customers.
