Mr Sun Bingzhang, the founder of the Group, is the Executive Chairman and CEO. He is in charge of the by the People's Government of Jiangyin, etc. overall business operations of our Group.

He has accumulated over 20 years of management experience in the spray products business. In recognition of his achievements and contributions, Mr Sun has received various awards including China Top CIO Award 2005 by China Outstanding CIO Assessment Committee, China Outstanding Packaging Entrepreneur by China Packaging Federation in 2006, etc.

Mr. Sun graduated from the Jiangsu Normal College, a teacher training institution, in 1982. In 2003, he graduated in Business Management from Dongnan University.

Mr Wu Guoxing was appointed as Executive Director on 21 February 2007.

He joined Jiangsu Xuebao, the preceding entlty of Sunmart Tech, as Head of the Equipment Logistics and Safety Department in January 1999. Subsequent to the formation of Sunmart Plastic and Sunmart Tech in July 2003 and February 2006 respectively, Mr Wu assumed the position of Head of the Equipment Logistics and Safety Department in these two companies.

Mr Siow Chee Keong is the Lead lndependent Director.

He has more than 25 years of audit and management experience in operations, business systems, information technology, finance, and accounting with commercial and financial organisations in Canada, USA, England and Singapore. He has established and managed the internal audit functions of the Singapore Stock Exchange and the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and a financial institution, Principal Group Limited. He is currently an audit and risk management consultant and offers his services to listed companies.

Mr Siow qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1981. He is also a member of the lnstitute of Internal Auditors Inc. in 1985 and the Certified General Accountants' Association of Canada in 1990. He was admitted as a Fellow of the lnstitute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore in 2006. Mr Siow graduated from the University of Warwick, England wlth a Master of Business Administration in 1998.

Mr. Ngiam Zee Moey is our independent Director. He has been a Joint Company Secretary with a public listed company AEI Corporation Ltd since 2004.

From 1987 to March 2005, Mr. Ngiam was a Group financial Controller with Lauw & Sons Group of Companies. From 1983 to 1987, he held various finance and amounting managerial positions in Primary Industries Enterprise Pte Ltd, a Singapore government linked company. From 1980 to 1983, he was a Tax Officer with the Singapore Inland Revenue Department.

Mr Ngiam is a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom and lnstitute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He graduated from Nanyang University, Singapore, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy in 1980. He has also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing lnstitute of Singapore in 1993.
