Future Plans

	To increase our production capacity by constructing new plant and upgrading existing production facilities.

The first and second phases of the new production plant at Huangtang Central Industrial Park, Xiake Town, Jiangyin City are expected to be completed and become fully operational by the first half of 2008 and first half of 2009 respectively. We expect our annual production capacity of spray pumps, plastic bottles and aluminum cans to increase to approximately 1.2 billion units, 70 million units and 15 million units, respectively.

	To expand into the packaging of medical and pharmaceutical products.

We are in the process of applying for the registration certificates for the “dense polyethylene spray bottle for oral liquid medicine” and “dense polyethylene spray bottle for oral solid medicine” from the State Food and Drug Administration Bureau in the PRC.

	To continue to strengthen our R&D capabilities and develop new products.

We will continue to strengthen our R&D capabilities through training our R&D staff and upgrading our equipment. We will focus on the expansion of our product range that caters to the increasing demands and changing needs of our customers. Our R&D team will also focus on the improvement of our existing production processes to lower production cost and improve quality consistency.

	To set up overseas sales offices in the US or Europe when suitable opportunities arise.
