Mr Ho Soo Hui is our Chief Financial Officer. He oversees our finance, administration and human resource teams. Mr Ho is also in charge of our accounting, control and management reporting systems and ensures that all
SGX reporting and corporate governance requirements are met.

Mr Ho joined our Group in October 2006. Prior to joining us, he was a Senior Finance Manager at Ascendas Pte Ltd, overall in charge of the accounting and taxation functions of the company from May 2006 to September 2006. From 2003 to 2006, Mr Ho was employed as Finance Manager at Keppel Logistics Pte Ltd, in charge of accounting functions and management reporting to the head office and management.

Mr Ho graduated from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. He is a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a Certified Public Accountant since 1999.

Mr Cao Jixing is the Deputy General Manager of Sunmart Plastic. He is responsible for the production and sale of our products and the purchase of raw materials. He joined Jiangsu Xuebao as Deputy General Manager in 2002, and was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sunmart Plastic after we acquired the entire equity interests in Sunmart Plastic in 2006 pursuant to the Restructuring Exercise. From 1995 to 2002, he was the Deputy General Manager at Jiangyin Tongji Light Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. in charge of production matters.

He graduated from the International Management College of the Shanghai Finance University having studied there from May 2005 to July 2005.

Mr Zhang Jie is the Deputy General Manager of Sunmart Tech. He is in charge of product research and development and quality assurance, and has more than 20 years of experience in plastic moulding.

He joined Jiangyin East Asia in 1997 as Deputy Manager in charge of moulding matters. He became Jiangsu Xuebao's Deputy General Manager in 1998 following the change of Jiangyin East Asia's name to Jiangsu Xuebao. Subsequently, Mr Zhang was appointed as Deputy General Manager of Sunmart Tech after Sunmart Tech acquired the major operational assets of Jiangsu Xuebao in March 2006.

Mr Xue Jianjun is the Finance Manager of Sunmart Tech and Sunmart Plastic in charge of finance.

He joined Jiangsu Xuebao as Finance Manager in 1998, and was appointed as the Finance Manager of Sunmart Plastic and Sunmart Tech after we acquired the entire equity interests in Sunmart Plastic in March 2006 and established Sunmart Tech in February 2006 respectively pursuant to the Restructuring Exercise. From 1992 to 1998, Mr Xue was in charge of financial accounting at Jiangyin Glassware Plant.

He graduated from the Central Party Jiangsu Province Committee Party School where he attended his accounting and finance training.
